The machine
A wash system that fits in one container
Arm, wash head, chemicals, pumps and controls sit together in one 40ft ISO container. Place it, connect it and wash, without rebuilding your site.
The HB Nexus is a fully automatic wash system for the inside of trailers and containers, built into a 40ft ISO container. A telescopic arm with a rotating wash head cleans floor, walls and ceiling according to a fixed programme. A full HACCP wash cycle takes a maximum of 15 minutes and no operator is needed at the wash site.
