Docking
The trailer or container docks at the Nexus. Collision protection and sensors monitor the whole process.
How it works
The driver docks, the robot washes, and the certificate is ready. No operator is involved and there is no manual step in between.

A wash cycle with the HB Nexus consists of three steps. The trailer or container docks, monitored by collision protection and sensors. The telescopic arm moves inside and cleans floor, walls and ceiling according to a fixed programme. Nuvix then records the wash cycle with a HACCP certificate.
The three steps

The trailer or container docks at the Nexus. Collision protection and sensors monitor the whole process.

The wash head moves inside and cleans the entire interior: floor, walls and ceiling. Without a single hand of manual work.
Every wash cycle is automatically registered with a HACCP certificate via Nuvix. Demonstrable at every audit.
The certificate
The certificate records per wash cycle what was done, to which vehicle and for how long. That is exactly the information an auditor asks for when they want to know whether a cargo space was cleaned as agreed.
Planning
A full HACCP wash cycle takes a maximum of 15 minutes. That is four wash cycles per hour, day and night, without anyone having to be at the wash site. Throughput no longer depends on who is on shift.
Frequently asked questions

Yes. Nobody enters the box any more: the robot does the work. The chemicals are kept in a sealed technical room and dosed automatically, and collision protection with sensors always keeps machine, vehicle and staff apart.
No. The driver docks the vehicle and the machine does the rest. No operator or controls are needed at the wash site.
