Every wash cycle of the HB Nexus automatically produces a digital HACCP certificate via Nuvix. It shows the wash cycle number, the licence plate of the vehicle, the programme that ran, the actual duration and the status of the registration. The certificate is created the moment the cycle is completed, so nobody has to fill anything in afterwards.

What is on the certificate?
The fields come straight from the machine. Nothing is filled in by hand, so there is nothing to forget.
- Wash cycle number
- Unique per wash cycle, so a registration can be found again.
- Licence plate
- Links the wash cycle to a vehicle instead of to a date alone.
- Programme
- Which wash programme ran, for example Full HACCP.
- Duration
- How long the cycle actually ran.
- Status
- Whether the wash cycle was fully completed and registered.
The audit
Why an auditor asks for this
An auditor does not want to know whether you clean, but whether you can show that you did, when, to which vehicle and in what way. A logbook updated afterwards does not answer that question, because it only proves that someone wrote something down.
A registration the machine creates itself at the moment of the wash cycle is a different kind of evidence. It does not depend on who was on shift and it cannot be completed afterwards.
