This statement describes which data HB Nexus processes when you visit this website or fill in a form, what we use it for and which rights you have.
Who is responsible for your data?
HB Nexus is an innovation by HB Group, based in Vlaardingen, the Netherlands. HB Group is the controller for the data collected through this website. You can reach us at info@hbnexus.com or +31 10 360 20 09.
Which data do we process?
Only what you fill in yourself in the contact, demo or calculation form, and what is needed to make that form work safely.
- First name, last name and email address (required).
- Company name, phone number and your message (optional).
- For the tailored calculation: the number of vehicles per day and your current cost per wash that you set in the calculator.
- The form type, the language and the page on which you filled in the form.
- Whether you ticked the box to receive news about the HB Nexus.
- An encrypted derivative (hash) of your IP address, used solely to limit abuse of the form. It is deleted after 24 hours and cannot be traced back to you.
What do we use that data for?
To answer your request: schedule a demo, answer your question or prepare the tailored calculation and go through it with you. The legal basis is the performance of a contract or taking steps at your request before a contract exists.
To protect the form against spam and abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a working website.
To send you news about the HB Nexus, only if you gave separate consent for that in the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time via info@hbnexus.com.
Who receives your data?
Your submission is stored in a database hosted for us by Supabase and delivered to HB Nexus by email through the email service Resend. You receive a confirmation from the same service. These parties process your data only on our instructions.
We do not sell your data and do not share it with others for their own purposes.
How long do we keep your data?
As long as needed to handle your request and the contact that follows from it. If you consented to news, we keep your email address for that purpose until you withdraw your consent. The derivative of your IP address is deleted after 24 hours.
Cookies and storage in your browser
This website does not place statistics or marketing cookies without your consent. What is stored in your browser and how to change it is described in our cookie policy.
Which rights do you have?
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to the processing and to receive your data in a common file format. Send your request to info@hbnexus.com; we respond as quickly as reasonably possible.
If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Changes
If the website or our way of working changes, we update this statement. The date at the top shows the last change.
